 RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns & exchanges are accepted within 30 days of you receiving your order.

Returns: Customers can send their product back at their cost, along with proof of payment, within 30 days to receive a refund. All products must be in the same condition as received. Tags must not be removed and products must be unused and sent in the same packaging as received.

Exchanges: Customers can send their product back at their cost, along with proof of payment, within 30 days. All products must be in the same condition as received. Tags must not be removed and products must be unused and sent in the same packaging as received. Once Sunday Linen has received your requested exchange we will review all details and proceed with the exchange if stock is available. 

If you would like to proceed with a return or exchange please contact our team at hello@sundaylinen.com.au and include your order number. We will reply to you within 48 hours.

DAMAGES OR FAULTS
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if there is any damage or a fault. Please take at least 3 photos of the damage or fault and email our team at hello@sundaylinen.com.au . We will asses the issue and get back to you within 24 hours.
